For those who are sending in application at this point of time.
You will be replacing those whom failed to make payments to confirm their placing.
As such, while you are sending in your application form,
please use internet banking to transfer SGD 40.00 to the following POSB savings account,
247-54108-0

On the other hand,
Polo shirt size availability will be only M size(slightly oversized) and 1 S size.

This set of flying equipment that you are looking at will definitely set you back at least SGD 2,000 at local shops. Not to worry, its cost will never deter you from learning/flying these equipments, all of which will be covered by the School, SAO, NTU Aerospace Society and generous sponsors that has been supporting our events.

We are also able to guide you along to start this hobby with less than SGD100, buying all equipments brand new.

We have already received an ideal size of applicants for the camp. As usual, our events will not accept too big a size due to the constraint of air space. At each time, due to safety, we will be launching 2-3 airplanes in the air, allowing freshmen to try flying these equipments, as such, too big a group will mean that freshmen will have to wait a long time before getting their turn on these airplanes.

Another point to note is that our budget for events are fixed, and it cannot be profitable, hence taking in extra students will stand for deficits in our event’s portfolio.

Planes done up

Parcel has been sitting at SingPost for the last 4 days, finally reaching us on a rainy Saturday

Un-boxing the context

Un-assembled plane parts

Plane fixed up with specially imported LEDs.
Yes you will get to fly these magnificent planes that will totally light up the whole sky.

Come join us today!!

Only Aerospace Students?

Some interested applicants sent email/sms to ask whether if the camp is only for Aerospace Students?

The answer is NO!!

In fact for the main committee members, we come from many different engineering faculties! We have students from Aerospace engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Materials engineering, Civil engineering and Common engineering. We also have students from other faculties such as Accounting and Business students.

Our previous workshop, Aeromodelling Workshop 2011, attracted more than 50 students, of which mostly are students whom want to grasp building and flying skills, and that i must honestly say that it is something that most people are not able to do it in a short period of time.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have anymore queries. We will certainly answer all your doubts.

Planes for Aerospace FOC 2011

The planes that we have specially ordered from overseas have reached Singapore Shores!!!

Stay tuned as we will include building updates, test flight updates.
Both pictures and videos will be uploaded soon!!! =))
